Introduction to Bioinformatics
BIOE 480 / Credit Course
Computational analysis of genomic sequences and other high throughput data. Sequence alignment, dynamic programming, database search, protein motifs, cDNA expression array, and structural bioinformatics. 3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours.
