BIOE 439 / Credit Course

Statistical treatment of data, model estimation, and inference are treated in a framework of biological experiments and attributes of data generated from such experiments. Credit is not given for BIOE 439 if the student has credit for BSTT 400. Extensive computer use required.

Prerequisite: MATH 210 and CS 108; and consent of the instructor.
Recommended background: Knowledge of MATLab.
