Below is a list of UIC and other resources that we feel might be helpful to new, continuing and potential students. If you know of a resource you feel would be helpful to our students, please e-mail the link to us at externaledu@uic.edu.

1.	UIC Alumni Association The Alumni Association sponsors various events and networking opportunities for UIC alums.
2.	UIC Office of Admissions and Records (OAR) OAR should be you first contact if you are interested in applying to UIC as an undergraduate or graduate student.
3.	Blackboard Learning System If your class uses Blackboard, you can login from this Web site.
4.	UIC Computer Center (ACCC) Visit this site for information about student computer labs, setting up a UIC computer account and changing your e-mail settings.
5.	UIC Webmail Access your UIC e-mail account (your NetID@uic.edu) from any computer through UIC Webmail.
6.	UIC Bookstore Use this Web site to order your textbooks online or to see store information such as locations, hours of operation, etc.
7.	UIC Express/UIC Student Access System Through these systems you can access grades and request transcripts. UIC Express is an automated telephone system available at (312) 413-8429. The Student Access System is available online.
8.	UIC Financial Aid This site provides information about financial aid. Students must be admitted to a degree program in order to be eligible for financial aid.
9.	Grade reports From this page you can access your grade report by logging on to the Student Access System. You will be asked for a Student Number (your Social Security Number) and a PIN (your 6 digit date of birth) the first time you use the system.
10.	UIC Library Search the UIC Library catalog or use the library’s valuable online services and resources.
11.	UIC Graduate College If you are interested in applying to UIC as a graduate student, this Web site provides useful information about admissions, programs of study and graduate level courses offered at UIC.
12.	UIC Online Phonebook Search contact information for the university’s faculty, staff or departments.
13.	UIC Tutorium in Intensive English (TIE) TIE offers English as a Second Language (ESL) courses as well as courses in preparation for the TOEFL exam.
14.	UIC West Campus bookstore From this Web site, you may order books for west campus classes (health sciences).
15.	Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) The UIC Campus is conveniently accessible by public transportation. The CTA Web site has bus and train schedules, CTA system maps, fares and a handy trip planning feature.
16.	Educational Testing Service (ETS) You can find information about taking the TOEFL, GRE and other tests.
17.	University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC) If you are interested in applying to UIUC or previously attended school there and need transcripts, please visit this Web site.
